Red Mullet
The Red Mullet is a tropical marine fish and seldom found in brackish waters. They are in fact most associated with the reefs of the Atlantic, Indian and Pacific Oceans. The fish itself, as its name already predicts, has a unique red color. The meat of a Red Mullet has a fine texture and a very rich flavor; perfect for either grilling, frying, baking or smoking.
