The Hard Shell Clam, also known as the “Pacific Clam”, is a salt water clam and is being sourced in both Thailand and Vietnam. They are very meaty and are ideal for steaming, boiling or roasting and are extra delicious when you add some lemon. Its pure taste is mild to sweet and its superior meat-to-shell-ratio makes them very popular.
